Gun Metal

This is what I wore to Uni yesterday with the addition of a huge parka as it was absolutely freezing and even snowing a bit! (I say snowing I mean little speckles of sleet) This is only my second outfit post and I'm still struggling to try and get my whole body in as you can see haha. Being back at my student house there isn't really anywhere I can take photos, that was until I braved the frozen planet conditions of my garden and found this random half bricked wall.
So this tee is the one pound steal I found in my local charity shop the other week, I just teamed it with my trusty Topshop jeans, my pastel studded duffle bag (a present from Robyn over on Kiss and Make Up) and my new booties. I've been a bit naughty again, I splurged on-line. Well actually no scratch that.. I still had left over Christmas money as I forgot to bank some cheques hiding away in my purse and I thought I would treat myself. A kind of late Christmas present To Amanda, From Amanda sorta thing.

Boots - Select £18
I had been looking for some small-ish heeled boots just for general day to day life for a while because I think some of my outfits would look better with a heel. I had never shopped at Select before but had been hearing really good things about the company so I thought I would give their website a try... and before I knew it I had these boots and some leggings on their way to me. I received these last Thursday and I haven't actually taken them off since! They are so comfy and I love the exposed zip that I've seen on so many boots lately. You really can't complain at the prices either and as it was my first order I got a cheeky 10% off. Even better.
Cross & Ring Necklace - £3.50
This necklace style isn't going to be new to many of you but it's the site it came from I really like. Rings and Tings do some really great jewellery at amazingly bargaineous prices. My necklace was three pounds fifty and I also bought this Skull Bracelet for three nuggets.

Now I'm off to finish some dreaded assignments. Actually no, I don't know why I'm lying to both myself and you. I'm going to check out ASOS as they have 25% student discount for the next 48 hours, how brilliant. Pffft Shopping Ban, who's silly idea was that anyway?!
xx
