Glowing skin for Spring

1 - Clarins Liquid Bronze Self Tan for face & decolletage
I've always been the kind of girl who in a moment of madness whilst fake tanning, has thought "what's the worst that can happen" proceeding to carelessly slap on regular 'body' tan to my face. Obviously, it has always ended with disastrous results - usually very patchy with lots of breakouts. My skin has always been super sensitive so I'm pretty careful (usually) of what I use on it, so I was a bit apprehensive at first to use this product. However my worries where soon gone when I woke up in the morning to find a perfectly applied hint of colour to my face (and no breakouts whatsover!) This tan is very subtle but can be built up over a few applications, all I use is a pea size amount of the product on a cotton pad and sweep it over my whole face. It's a lovely milky consistency, very light and you can hardly feel it after a few minutes.
This product is currently on offer at Escenutal.com for an amazing price of £14.40 (usually £18 at Clarins).

2 - Rimmel Instant Tan - Waterproof
This product is something I have been using and loving for years. I have gotten through bottles of this stuff at University and I'm so glad to see they have finally brought out a waterproof version as I have been caught out many times by the rain and the odd spilt drink. This tan is great for a quick fix, the colour comes up straight away and then washes off when you don't want it anymore. Plus it's cheap and cheerful and you can't really go wrong when applying it.

3 - Palmers Cocoa Butter Natural Bronze Self Tan
This is one my most recent tanning discoveries and I think one of the best I have ever tried. This product goes on like a dream, it's basically a moisturiser with fake tan in it but without the horrible fake tan smell. This one smells of coconut and leaves my skin feeling so nice, it's never turned out patchy or streaky. I particularly like that it comes with a pump - this makes applying the product so much easier and less messy. I put it on before bed and in the morning I wake up with a lovely olive glow. I think for Spring you don't want to go too over the top so this product is perfect for giving a natural, healthy, sun-kissed glow and I can't see myself using anything else for a while!

4 - Soap & Glory Breakfast Scrub
It's really important before applying fake tan that you have exfoliated properly so the product has something smooth to go on to, this way it won't go patchy (especially around the elbows & knees). This is my favorite scrub and half the time I have to stop myself from eating it, it smells SO good, like maple syrup and porridge! This product is not harsh or abrasive but scrubs away the dead skin cells whilst conditioning and softening the skin plus leaving it smelling great. I would re-purchase this in a heartbeat!

I'm pretty happy with my 4 picks for Spring however I'm always on the lookout for more great tanning products to try, so if anyone has any recommendations then leave me a comment below!
